The Dawn Karen Consulting Group has a proven track record of successful event concept creation, event planning, and creative fundraising. With the ability to both conceptualize and execute throughout all event planning stages for an array of industries. They are vendor and sponsorship solicitation experts with valuable long standing corporate relationships. Experience and industries include, but are not limited to, not-for-profit/ministry, advertising, travel and consulting. While some may see event planning as a tedious and tiresome undertaking, event producer and sponsorship consultant Dawn Karen Dalrymple has always been passionate about the details that make ordinary events extraordinary. With a passion for event planning that spans more than two decades.

After migrating to the United States she produced a youth conference that involved bringing in Pastor Chris Hill the then Youth Pastor at the Potters House in Dallas Texas under the leadership of Bishop TD Jakes. It was then she was given an invitation by him to join youth leaders from all over the United States to be trained under the leadership of Bishop TD Jakes.

During her tenure at The Potters House, Dawn had the esteem pleasure to work alongside notable event producers at TD Jakes Enterprises which helped to diversify her skill set and broaden her knowledge base. It was during that time that she began to specialize her event planning focusing primarily on the sponsorship aspect of events. Over the years Dawn has gained sponsorship opportunities and has partnered with some of the most recognized and reputable companies in the US. Her determination and drive served her well when her very first sponsored event included Coca Cola and Sony BMG.

Since then, Dawn has proudly gained sponsorship and partnered with reputable companies like Her Energy Drink, Vitamin Water, Metromint Water, Black Enterprise, ELF Cosmetics, Dave Ramsey, T Rowe Price, Lowes, Starbucks, Dillard’s, Colgate Palmolive, Hallmark and many, many more.

Recognizing the importance of sharing knowledge, Dawn also acts as a mentor to aspiring event planners teaching them industry skills that will empower them to plan successful events as well as secure sponsorships and gain future business opportunities. Her approach to mentorship is to take you by the hand and walk you through your event to accomplish the desired outcome.

With an inherent and instinctive attention for detail, she continues to pursue it because of her passion for the industry and her drive to see excellence and creativity within this field. Her goal is to make a mark in her industry through signature events and sponsorship opportunities that positively impacts the businesses and communities she serves.
